Enterprise Minilease - Refuelling policy

Tank regulation

You take over your rental car with a completely filled tank and are obliged to return it in the same condition when you return it. This way you only pay for the fuel you actually use and avoid additional costs.

If the tank is not 100% full when you pick up the vehicle, you have the option to return the vehicle with the same tank level that you found when you picked it up. In this way, you will only pay for the fuel you have actually used. We recommend that you take photos of the fuel level before and after the rental to avoid possible discrepancies.

For electric vehicles, you take over the vehicle at 90% to 100% energy and should return it at a minimum of 80% energy.
In case of delivery at your address, the state of charge may vary.
